We want to update our visitors and supporters about an important issue regarding our domain BirminghamPride.co.uk.
Unfortunately, G B Training Wynner House, Birmingham Pride Ltd has initiated a dispute under Nominet’s Dispute Resolution Service (DRS), attempting to claim ownership of our domain.
Rather than engaging in fair and open discussion, they have chosen to use the DRS process to try and take control of the domain we rightfully own. As a result, our domain will soon be entering Nominet’s mediation stage, where we will strongly defend our rights and the legitimacy of our registration, and free speech for our blog and history archive.
What Happens Next?
• The mediation process is designed to help both parties reach a resolution before any formal ruling.
• We will keep you updated as things progress and will fight to ensure fairness in this process.
• We stand by our right to use BirminghamPride.co.uk and will oppose this attempt to take it away.
